How we share it
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the people and organizations needed to deliver or fund care — for example, an assigned Home Care Aide, a long-term care insurance carrier at your direction, or a provider you have authorized us to coordinate with. We may disclose information where required by law.
How we protect it
Access to client and applicant information is limited to staff who need it. Records are retained only as long as required for care delivery, licensing, and legal obligations.
