Excellence Home Care was founded out of exactly this season. Our family walked through our grandmother's cancer, and we learned how much difference one steady, competent, kind person in the house can make — and how much it costs a family when that person isn't there.
We provide non-medical comfort and companionship alongside hospice and palliative teams, never in place of them.
What we provide
- A calm, familiar presence through long days and nights
- Personal care and comfort-focused assistance
- Meal preparation, hydration support, and gentle repositioning
- Companionship — conversation, music, reading aloud, or simply sitting
- Practical relief for family members who want to be present as family, not staff
- Overnight coverage so no one has to keep vigil alone
Working with hospice
Hospice provides the clinical care. We provide the hours in between. Many families use both, and we coordinate directly with your hospice team.
