We started this agency because we needed it ourselves.
In 2025, our family got the call that reorganizes everything. Our grandmother had cancer.
What followed was the education nobody signs up for. We learned how quickly a strong, independent woman can need help with things she'd done alone for eighty years. We learned how much a family can absorb before it starts to buckle. And we learned — this is the part that stayed with us — how enormous the difference is between a caregiver who is merely present and a caregiver who is genuinely skilled and genuinely kind.
We had both kinds come through the door. We remember exactly how each one felt.
Excellence Home Care exists because of that difference. Not as a business idea we found in a market report, but as an answer to a question we lived inside of: why is it this hard to find someone good?
