Most of the people reading this site are older adults or family members reading on a phone, often late at night. Accessibility isn't a formality for us — it's the audience.

What we've done

• Body text set at 18px or larger with generous line spacing
• Color combinations chosen to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast guidance
• Large tap targets on every button, link, and form control
• Keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines, and a skip-to-content link
• Descriptive alt text on images and labels on every form field
• Phone number reachable from every screen without scrolling

Ongoing work

We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them. Accessibility is never finished.
